Parent Council!

The teachers at École Assiniboine would like to ask you to come out to the Parent Council meeting on Wednesday, October 4th at 6:00 p.m.

Here is a list of some of the great things the Parent Council is responsible for in our school:

- milk program at lunch

- pancake lunch during Festival du Voyageur

- School Family BBQ

- student agendas

- contribution to grade 5 farewell ceremony and celebration

- contributing parent voice to our staff and administration

The Parent Council requires your help.  More parent volunteers might even mean the return of occasional hot lunches for students.

Currently we do not have enough members for quorum and if we do not have quorum, the Parent Council will fold.  Please consider giving some of your valuable time. The meetings occur once a month on Wednesday from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m.
