Last Week of School Special Activities!

Monday, December 17th:  Wear something white to school today or dress up as a snowman.  The children will be making a snowman craft.

Tuesday, December 18th:  Wear something green to school today.  The children will be making a Christmas tree craft.

Wednesday, December 19th:  Wear something red to school today.  The children will be making a red Santa craft.

Thursday, December 20th:  No special colours today as the morning class has Library and Phys. Ed. (so no time for special craft) and I am attending a workshop in the afternoon (so there will be a substitute teacher in the classroom).

Friday, December 21st:  Wear something brown or beige to school today. The children will be making magic reindeer food.  This is something that your child can sprinkle in your yard on Christmas Eve.
They will also be making reindeer crowns.

***I will be painting (with face paint crayons)the tip of your child's nose either red for Rudolph or black for one of the other reindeer.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW (SEND ME AN EMAIL OR A NOTE IN CHILD'S ZIPLOCK BAG) IF YOUR CHILD HAS ALLERGIES OR SENSITIVE SKIN AND YOU DO NOT WANT HIM/HER TO HAVE HIS/HER NOSE PAINTED.

Lucie Lutin!

Lucie Lutin was very tired today.  The boys and girls from the morning class had a hard time finding her.  Someone from the afternoon class spotted her right away!  She was snuggled up with her teddy bear in a kleenex box bed.  Lucie told us that we did a great job at our winter concert last night.  Bravo les amis!!!  There are only 12 more sleeps until Christmas!!!

Lucie Lutin was standing way up high, above our classroom door.  She was holding paper bells (les clochettes) and wished us good luck at our Winter Concert!  There are only 13 more sleeps until Christmas!!!

What a clever little elf!  Lucie Lutin built herself a chair out of Lego.  There are only 14 more sleeps until Christmas!!!

Lucie Lutin was playing with her snowmen friends today.  She loves snowmen!  Lucie asked us what kind of noses these snowmen had.  "Les carottes", the boys and girls answered.  There are only 15 more sleeps until Christmas!!!

The boys and girls were so excited to see Lucie Lutin wearing a Winnipeg Jets jersey to cheer on her favourite hockey team tonight.  GO, JETS, GO!!!  There are only 18 more sleeps until Christmas!!!
