Circling a word. We are also working at identifying the first and the last letters in words (la première lettre et la dernière lettre dans un mot). |
Playing a springtime memory game. |
Hard at work in our spring booklet. |

We continued to watch clips from "Les aventures d'Écolo-fille". On Wednesday's episode, the children had to decide if the egg shell belonged in the recycling (le recyclage). |
Or the garbage (la poubelle)? |
Everyone agreed that the egg shell did indeed belong in the compost (le compost). |
We even read a story about la poubelle (garbage can) in our series of Paul and Suzanne books. |

Wednesday, April 11th marks the International Day of Pink. It is a day where communities and schools across the country, and across the world, can unite in celebrating diversity and raising awareness to stop all forms of bullying.
The staff and students at École Assiniboine are encouraged to wear something that is pink to school on this day.
Merci!
