This Week in Kindergarten!

The countdown to Christmas is on!

Our classroom tree lost all of its' colourful fall leaves and now has Christmas balls, snowmen and snowflakes.

We will be learning new holiday related vocabulary.

We are also counting down the sleeps until our Winter Concert.  We do not have many more days to practice our songs.

Our dollhouse is all ready for the holidays!  Santa is on the roof, there is a tree, presents and beautiful coloured lights.

Hard at work, making snowmen (les bonshommes de neige) to decorate the hallways in preparation for our Winter Concert on December 11th.

The children had to guess what the snowman was looking at.  It took a while, but once I took out the white paint we agreed that it was probably snowflakes.

Completing the colour "orange" in our colour booklets.

Practicing to print the letter I.

Printing in our booklets and circling all of the upper-case and lower-case Ii's.

Counting sets of objects and printing the correct number.

Colouring the reindeer antlers that had more than (plus que) dots.

The afternoon class' snowmen.

The morning class' snowmen.
