This Week in Kindergarten!

The boys and girls used Mme Godin's microphone to say "Bonjour" this week.

The children had to use their problem solving skills to see how many animal legs the farmer saw.

On Tuesday, we went to visit the grade 1 and the grade 1/2 classrooms.

Some of the students will be placing their shoes/boots on these racks in the hallway and others on the floor by the classroom door.

The children practiced lining up at their new doors.  The class numbers will be repainted on the pavement over the summer.

Mme Pelletier (room 4) is a grade 1/2 teacher.

Mme Hernandez (room 5) will teach grade 1.

Welcome to Mme Carnegie (room 6) who will also be teaching grade 1.

Welcome to Mme Ross-Ens (room 3) who will be teaching grade 1/2.

Don't forget to check out the "Let's Move" calendar for the months of July and August that were sent home earlier this week.  These activities were forwarded to us by Robin Jewers, our school division's occupational therapist to help promote the development of both fine motor and gross motor skills.

Once again, thank you to all of the kindergarten families for your help and support this year.  We have truly enjoyed ourselves but now it is time to say "Au revoir"!  HAVE A WONDERFUL SUMMER!!!
