On Monday, we had a special presentation about Chimney Swifts.
These birds are an endangered species and we are lucky to have some at our school thanks to the big chimney on our old school.
This map shows where we can find Chimney Swifts.
The boys and girls are pretending to be Chimney Swifts.
The Chimney Swifts build their nests in a chimney.
The children got to see a real nest.
Hard at work, drawing our houses (ma maison).
This little girl is showing me that she remembered to put a period (un point) at the end of her sentence.
Counting games on the SMARTboard.
