Some of the boys and girls sorted bears according to colour or size. Others extended patterns or created their own patterns with the bears. And some of the children counted groups of bears.
Using tweezers to strengthen the small muscles in our fingers. The children rolled a die and placed the correct amount of pompoms in the ice cube trays.

The children could use the examples on the cards to make letters, numbers, etc. or they could use their imaginations and create their own designs.
The students played a math game with a partner.
They each took a turn to roll the die and place the correct amount of leaves on the tree. Then they had to ask "Qui en a plus que?" (Who has more than?)
